Private Strategic Advisory

For men in high-stakes seasons

You have reached a level where simple advice rarely helps. The decisions are more personal, the stakes more relational, and the cost of staying unclear higher than it looks.

For founders, executives, investors, and operators whose business, family, identity, and next chapter have become too intertwined to solve in isolation.

About
Ted Gonder

I know how to sit with capable men when the business issue is no longer only a business issue — and help them make the move they have been circling.

I have served as a government advisor and entrepreneur-in-residence, and I have been a founder and operator across multiple successful acquisition stories. Along the way I have been inside rooms where ambition, strategy, family, money, health, identity, and trust are all present at once.

I am also a husband and father of three. What I bring is not only what I have built; it is what I have had to face in myself, in my marriage, in leadership, and in seasons of reinvention.

Experience

Across four continents, work spanning rooms connected to The White House, Homeland Security, the World Economic Forum, JPMorgan Chase, Meta, and OpenAI — alongside billionaires, first-time founders, investors, public-sector leaders, nonprofit builders, crypto operators, and venture-backed teams.

Who This Is For

A capable man in a consequential season — one who does not need more generic advice, but does need a trusted thinking partner: someone to think clearly with, tell the truth with, and make the next move with.

One-on-One

Private Strategic Advisory

Retained advisory through a single consequential season — by confidential introduction. If someone comes to mind, a short email is the best place to begin. I'll take it from there.
